After my first full-week of second semester classes, an escape to Palm Beach was a necessity. Arriving in Palm Beach late afternoon, our first destination was Spa Cara for Swedish Massages. Off to dinner at Echo, an Asian fusion restaurant, we topped off our meal with Sprinkles Ice Cream. After 12 ours of rest, we woke up this morning in time for lunch; Cucina it was! I ordered the Dominico Salad- artichokes, grilled chicken, peppers, avocado, & goat cheese. Still deciding whether I'm on vacation or in college!
